Hello Dana,
I've had good results using a very inexpensive cup style dent puller made by
Bondo ( the folks who make the automotive body filler material).  This is a
one piece type that is approximately 4" in diameter.  It is a molded rubber
product that for me has better results than the pump up vacuum type the
glaziers use or even the small spring tension type sold at some auto parts.
I've  used it on curved sections as it tends to mold to the surface well since
the working surface area of the cup is pliable.  You are probably out of luck
if it is on a seam (cups won't seal) but in most other areas you will be
suprised at how well it works.   Try your local auto parts and if they don't
have it ask them to order it.  Good Luck, Paul
