I'll generalize but yes it is possible to cut holes in an airstream and 
attach about anything.  However, in the case of Vista View windows you 
need to find the windows first.  Probably will have get reclaimed ones 
from a wreck.  You then have to detrmine if their thickness and length  
will work with your trailer.    You will probably need to find an 
experience airstream body man to do this and to help answer your 
questions.  This is a job you can correct mistakes on very easily.  These 
windows look good but they were discontinued because they tended to leak 
and deteriorate between panes of glass.  Of course some owners now knock 
out the interior glass to get rid of this deterioration appearance.  
Thier  best features is probably their aesthetics but getting them in is 
going to an expensive proposition.
