[VAC] oven cooking

Greetings again,  In perusing the archives I was unable to find any
references for the query I'm about to make.

As I stated when I introduced myself, have been living in an AS for the last
year now.   Ralph (actually, I call him by his middle name, Edward) and I
both work 10 to 12 hours a day (for that retirement in just over 5 years) so
we have a tendency toward quick meals on work days.  I love to cook and miss
doing it as much as I once did.  Edward and I use the grill, have dabbled
with the Dutch oven, and then there's always the Coleman  I've never had
much experience with gas cooking other than camping.  The first thing I
noticed when moving into the AS was that the oven was very small and had
that division right in the middle of it (yes you guessed it..haven't done
any oven cooking in RV's)....and I'm afraid to admit that I've been totally
daunted by it.

Can anyone list some reference material for  cooking/baking etc with the
smaller oven size...and what about cookware availability that would be
conducive for the small oven as well....I'd greatly appreciate it!!!
