Hi all!  Which name plate are talking about?  The one by 
the door or the rear "Airstream" plate.  We just had a 
brand new one silk screened for our '55 Bubble and our 
new '56 Safari, looks great.  If you (or anyone else) are 
interested I can get another one done and send it to you. 
 We matched the original typeface, had a negative shot 
and took it to the silkscreen guy.  He put on brand new 
metal.

I'll be away next week, but will get back to you ASAP 
afterwards.

I will post some info on the restoration we did on the 
Safari when we get back.  I've been keeping a secret 
since late January, cause none of our trailer friends 
even knew we had it.  It was unveiled at the Vintage 
Vacations rally in Felton (near Santa Cruz) last weekend. 
 There was a good representation of AS along with some of 
the prettiest vintage SOB's I've ever seen.
