Jim, is this Safari you refer to, an Airstream?   Airstreams did not
have Hadco axles.   In 1961, Airstream installed Henschen 'Dura torque'
axles.  Independent, and with rubber in the torque tube.  Airstream
owned Henschen for many years.   Are you confusing A/S with SOB?  Before
1961, the axles were I-beam, with leaf springs.  What are you talking
about?
