Nick,
I recently did the same change out on my trailer.  Unfortunately it required purchasing
the hose from the RV dealer who was able to order it with a one day turn around.   The
only extra brass fitting was the 3/8 flare to 3/8 pipe for the mate from rubber to
copper.   The length makes a nice shock absorbing link too.
