Greg, you will probably experience less dissimilar metal corrosion with the 
s/s screws than you would with aluminum.  Aluminum can corrode if it is not 
the same alloy.  If you did have corrosion the s/s, being so much stronger, 
would be less likely to break when being removed.  Use a good lubricant on 
the threads when assembling.  Just my 2 cents worth and that's all it's worth!
