My '64 Trade Wind bumper has had major welding and repair work.  There is a flat
piece of steel welded across it's face.  Major ugly.  I would like to just
replace the bumper.  There in the world could one find a new or used bumper?
Has anyone tried?  Thanks.  By the way, it is just welded to the frame side
channels that come out of the A/S body.
