Very good point!! although I have never pressurized
mine at the service station. I threw away the old cap
that had a air valve on it a long time ago, and
replaced with a new standard cap. I only pressurize
with my on board air pump. I have found that leaving
the fresh water tank valve open when on shore water,
back feeds the pump, and rusts it inside. Now I am
real careful to never let the tank get to full.
