[VAC] How level is level?

Hi All...

Well, we are midway through the maiden voyage of our 65' Tradewinds. WE LOVE
IT!

Question: how level does level need to be? As I understand it, the most
important issue is the refrigerator. But, say we have to stop for a night,
and don't have much chance to really level the trailer...but are "close".
Are we ok to fire up the fridge?

How out of level will cause problems? How do these problems develop? Can we
detect signs of problems before it's too late?
