Bob, since it is swelled out you might be able to sweat a piece of new copper
tubing into the end of your old tubing so you would have the right size
tubing to attach to your new faucet. A tool is made to swage tubing larger
so another piece will fit in without a coupler. In your case since the
freezing stretched it larger you might get lucky. In any case I am sure a
new piece of the right size tubing could be attached to your old tubing via
soldering. Be sure and clean the inside of the old tubing and the outside of
the new tubing and use flux.
