thanks, Tom---I intend to go very slow but I am stripping a small spot
first and maybe if thats simple I wll try another---the sad thing is that
whomever did this, did all the wood for the cabinets .  So, this will
take a good year without a sander and doing it part-time.  The floor is a
bigger mess than I had ever thought about so my first problem is to
establish where the leak came from.  Thus, I must fill the tanks and do
this the hard way, I suppose.  It just seems like there would be a quick
way to check for leaks without filling them completely.  I can see that
using city water, the pressure is already there.  But, I'm wondering how
to pressurize the 30 gal potable water tank for non-city water use.  Got
any suggestions?
