Scott,
   I get the importance of not overloading the rear end of the trailer 
because of its decrease effect on tongue weight.  Could you tell me what the 
effect would be of putting that weight on the front of the trailer where 
propane bottles are usually set up.  In other words what is the factors to be 
considered in increasing tongue weight?
