You can join as a "friend" without owning anything. If I understand
correctly you will not be a voting member, but will recieve the newsletter
and have access to the planned members only area. To join as an "associate"
you must own an Airstream or Argosy and be a member of the WBCCI. If you
want to go the whole way and be a "member", you need to own a vintage (25
years old or older) Airstream or Argosy, be a member of the WBCCI, then join
the VAC.
