Welcome to the Airstream world!!
You probably have a pealing clear coat on your Safari. If so a good paint remover
should do the trick before you start to polish.
That round disc in your brakes is probably a brake magnet that needs attention.
This age of trailer has drum brakes and not disc brakes.Yes, your brakes are a
priority along with other safety items............such as testing for any gas
leaks and appliances working properly.
You will get much enjoyment out of your Safari, I'm sure.
