Sam, I have a flyer with the '78 Airstream weights, this is what it lists
for the 31 footers:
    twin rear bath 4780
    double rear bath 4850
    twin center bath 4810
    double center bath 4800
These weights do not include water, propane, options etc. They are for 'bare
bones' trailers, so anything in the Excella option package would not be
included. To be sure I would get it weighed.
