[VAC] floors and paint

hi, erin adams (retoring 54 A/S) again with a couple of questions.#1 anyone 
know where i can get zolotone type paint suitable for the inside of my rig? 
i know sherwinn-williams has something new called "multispeck" which sounds 
promising but i havent checked out yet.  #2. im replacing sections of the 
5/8 inch subfloor around the back end and along the bathroom wall. im using 
tek screws as advised by a VAC member. im going to nuetralize the rust on 
the frame with some kind of rust inhibitor (havent found yet). the question 
i have is, should i put in somekind of vapor/water barrier between the frame 
and boards and does regular house insulation work well between the floor and 
belly pan? thanks again to all those friendly and helpful VAC members out
