I have removed several pieces of channel from my '73 31' Sovereign, but I
am not sure if any of them will work for you.  I am keeping the top track
around the front, and am getting rid of the lower channel in the front, and
all of the channel in the rear.  I am in central NC (near Raleigh) if
anyone is passing through, and interested in taking a look.
