A year or more ago   someone noted they lifted their  shell up by running 
a beam down the interior center of trailer with  jack posts under and 
lifted the shell  up in place.    After it was up and believe they ran 
some timbers under the shell, between bottom of shell and frame to steady 
it.  Sounded pretty ingenious to me.
