The absolute best tool I've ever found for removing rusted bolts when I
can get close enough to cut them or their nuts is an air operated die
grinder with a 3" diameter thin cutoff wheel. The air chisel and cold
chisel didn't work when I tried them last on a truck bed. The die
grinder fits places that bolt cutters and hacksaws won't fit and won't
ignite the surroundings like a blue wrench.
