[VAC] Carpeting Replacement and Gas Lamp Question

I'm in the process of "renewing" a 1972 Overlander and have a couple of
question for the experts.

	1. The carpet needs replacing. It appears to be glued to the sides of
the bathtub and below the bathroom sink. What's the best way to remove
it, just pull?

	2. It appears that there used to be a gas lamp above the couch. There
gas line is still there and there is a bracket. If so, where can I get
an original replacement?

	3. Lastly, one of the aluminum Zip Dee awning castings on the end of
the awning is cracked. I assume I can get a replacement from an AS
dealer but, is this a difficult thing to replace, spring tension, etc?
I need to know from someone who has done it.

Thanks for the help! Being new to the vintage AS world, I'm having a
fun but many challenges!
