If it is all there and only cracked up it can be repaired with out removing 
it .Use fiber cloth and resin to coat it a couple of layers and it should be 
better than new. Mask off the roof around the aera of the vent when fiber 
glass is almosr cured it can be easly trimmed with a sherp utility knife . 
sand and paint the results and it look origional. materals are avalable at 
most auto supply stores.
