[SilverStreak] Unknown Fixture

Here is the unknown fixture in Steve Shultheis' trailer.  Anyone have any 
ideas what it is?

It looks to me like some kind of add-on by a P.O.  It appears to be screwed 
onto the wall of the trailer.
