[SilverStreak] petite solar chargers

I just got a new battery, a blue top optima. $230 out  the door. Yikes.

I'm thinking about where to mount it inside, but also wanting to put a 
little 'battery maintainer' solar panel on it. I have to leave the 
trailer at a storage lot here in New Orleans. No room at the house.

So, you electrical folks. Does a 1.8 watt solar panel need a charge 
controller? One of those things to plug in the cigar lighter of your 
car. I don't think so but need to ask.
