Don't give up on your Silver Streak.  The Axles are not "Sacred"
You will be able to find the same drop and width, at worst you may
need to have the mounting points modified by a trailer fabrication
shop, but it CAN BE DONE.  I have learned, from 30+ years of Stock Car
Racing, that with an Arc Welder and a Cutting Torch, everything fits,
and can stand up to 120 MPH while "Beating and Banging", not to
mention "Scraping the Wall" now and then.  I'm sure you will have your
SS back on the road after the proper repair.

If you were on the West Coast, Buds Brake & Wheel Parts in Bakersfield
CA could fix you up with an Axle in a day or two.
