Texas Title forms are now available online and can even be type-completed 
before printing! The two most needed forms are Title Transfer 130U and Power 
of Attorney VTR127.

This is very good!

If you buy out of state, people can get, print, and sign the forms you will 
need. Don't forget a POA requires a photo copy of their drivers license. It 
can be black and white, and even expired, but without it the form is 
useless. There are no notary requirements for these forms in Texas.
