[SilverStreak] tire up-grade & seals

From Rod in Chilliwack, B.C.  Have recently become the owner of a 1977 SS
Continental Atlas, 28' model. I would like to change out the existing 700/15
8ply LT's to a trailer tire without losing any ground clearance. Has anybody
changed to 16".
Also, I am having a problem finding a supplier for seals (inner wheel
bearings).
