Damon, I bought a 1975 30 foot last year and the frige was dead also, I looked into 
them and a dometic ran about 1200 bucks so I decided since i would always be plugged 
in ( i live in my unit) that I would find a cheaper solution. I found a very nice 
stainless steel front frige at Lowes for 400 bucks and cut the holle big enough for 
it to fit. needless to say i have a far larger frige than the dometic and it fit in 
there beautifully. plus i saved 800 bucks. as for your toilet, if you have not worked 
on one of these aqua magics (Im assuming thats whats in it) they are fairly self 
explanitory and parts are still fairly easy to come by. I found it easier to just pull 
the whole thing out of the trailer and do the work in the garage.... that way I was 
able to just basically rebuild and fully clean the toilet in just a half a day.
