[SilverStreak] drought??

I have a DUMB question.  We recently took our SS out and couldn't get 
the wter to work.  Manual says just hook up to tap and go, but nada.  We 
have a presssure reducer on the trailer spigot (not original) and think 
it must be in place for hook up and non-hook up situations, but...???

Anyone want to "turn on the water" for me with info??
