Celesti,   Try a mix of 4 parts lacquer thinner or paint thinner with one
part olive oil for the water spots.  That worked well on my water spots and
the olive oil will impart a nice glow. Don't get the mixture on your vinyl
or rubber parts.   C. Rodgers
