In their attempt to dominate the browser market (or perhaps through pure
arrogance) Microsoft's Internet Explorer has several areas where it is
noncompliant with the standards for html and other internet programing
(such as Java and this might be the problem). This problem is not new
but rarely crops up, unless it messes with someone who is trying to
write to the international standards. Until AOL ended support for
Netscape it was the most compliant browser, followed by Firefox. Hang in
there Tom the page provides good information than many of us will use.
