I have a carrier now for about 4 years and I am pretty happy with it!
Glad I upgraded to the heat strip.
I noticed the compressor shuts down when the voltage is too low and that's a
good thing!
I wish the inside shroud fit better and as I recall when I bought it...the
heat pump model was the only one that came with the fitting on the drain pan to
connect to OUR drain hose.
I opted out of the heat pump and I get condensation draining off the street
side but its really not that bad.
