Howdy Rik
As Hunter stated, Earl E. Smith was only the dealer that sold the trailer.
What you have is a 1947 Westwood Coronado, and not a 48. The 1948 Coronados
had flat Birch plywood cabinet doors while the 47's had the 2 tone paneled
doors of Birch and Douglas Fir.
