Cut a small tab of aluminum just big enough to cover the hole, drill a
5/32" hole in it for an Olympic rivet, smear the back of the tab with
Vulkem, the Olympic rivet should spread out on the inside to hold it and
over several days the Vulkem will harden enough to make a good permanent
bond of it...
Or, you can drill out a couple of the rivets in the seam above the hole,
seperate the panels enough to slip a small aluminum piece covered with
Vulkem between them covering the hole and re-install the rivets with new
ones...
Personally, I'd go for the first solution...
