Newer trailers do have GFCI.
For what your doing, the 30AMP outlet outside, you do not need a GFCI. I 
don't even think you can get one for a 30AMP. What you may want to put in 
line is a power shut off switch like the one used on your house AC unit, 
that way if you ever need to shut off power to the outlet you can do so 
without going inside and turning off the breaker. 
I also thought about running a 15AMP outlet to the same box as my 30AMP, 
but decided not to since there is a power outlet on the side of my trailer. 
I use it to plug in the vacuum when I clean my truck or the DW's car.
