I would stick with the 12 inch breaks.  Might as well since you are  
custom ordering anyway.  Just ask for the Type A spindle and get the  
heavier duty stuff.

Watch you bolt pattern too, that smaller hub maybe for 5 bolts and  
you have 6 on 5.5 centers.

Another thing you want is Reverse Low Profile mounting brackets so it  
will line up with your mounting plate.

I went with a 32 degree down and it is a good height to me.
