Hi Polly:

    I don't know their size or weight, but believe they are designed to 
fit in a standard 8' long pickup bed.  Those I have seen also extend 2 
feet out the back of the bed and down; that's where the bathroom is 
usually located.  This rear extension blocks the truck' hitch receiver 
and prevents use of any towed trailer behind the truck, if that was in 
your plans.

    I would guess a 3/4 ton pickup is the minimum size truck for an 
Avion slide in truck camper, but imagine a 1 ton truck would be better.
