Bob,

On my '60 Overlander everything was covered. The only openings are for the 
plumbing, the water line/tank drains and a hole just large enough for the 
blank tank dump. In '60 the belly pan was different from the mid '60's and 
newer in that the belly pan wrapped up to meet the side body panels...they 
meet at the bananna wrap level all around the trailer. The newer trailers 
seem to have the side panels wrap underneath to meet the belly.

If you would like pictures of the belly of my '60 (it has been altered 
somewhat) let me know.
