[VAL] VAC Membership Renewal

I went to the VAC website and tried to download the Membership Renewal Form, 
but had no luck.  I am staying at a campground where the wireless service 
works a little, but is down most of the time.

Can anyone advise the current name and address where I can send my VAC dues 
for 2008 (are they still $20)?
