[VAL] Water pump working

Thanks to the several people who gave me hints on what to do to get  
my on-board water pump to work.  It now works like a charm and is the  
original one to boot.  All I had to do was to make sure all the under  
floor valves were CLOSED.  Thanks again folks.  It means a lot to me.
