Re: [VAL] An oddball trailer

    Tom,

As a young teen I remember seeing them being sold on a corner car lot in
Westwood, CA. My dad actually stopped and we spent a short while looking it
over. As I recall it was a pretty cool looking affair with round 1953-4
Ford tail lights on on mini-fins or pods on the back, just like the Fords of
the time.

Time passes, those trailers are long gone, even the car lot is gone,
replaced by a Hollywood Video store the last time I drove by. What with the
video and DVD rental business taking a nose dive, I wonder if that video
store is long gone and the building up for rent?

I just tried a Google search for that trailer and came up with zip. Do
you or anyone else reading this know where to find out more about them and
possibly some photos?

Thanks for kindling the memory of days long gone but fond thoughts of
time spent with my long gone dad,
