[VAL] heat pump

It SHOULD fit fine but you may find that the shroud wont exactly fit to the 
contour of the cieling and some do bend a little to allow for it or crack mike 
my carrier unit did but not enough to be a problem.
Some of the BETTER units have a place and a kit to tap into the drain pan for 
your drainage tube.
Mine did not and the water coming down the side has not yet been a problem. 
It IS just condensation and has no reason to have minerals like reg tap water 
that would stain the skin.
