[VAL] Toilet seal, Thetford

Anyone have an idea where to find a toilet seal for a Theford toilet, in a '69 
Sovereign? The connection between the top part (bowl?) and the next above floor 
piece (whatever?) seems to leak. I also would like to rebuild, or at least remove 
and inspect, the foot flush valve. It is a bit sticky, hard to push when 
barefooted and does not "snap back" sometimes causing the bowl to fill almost to 
the top.
