I'm fairly sure that the VA's are mailed from MA. It generally takes about 3 
or 4 weeks for them all to be delivered. I think that it was last week that 
I got mine in Ohio. If by Feb 28 any of you have not received your copy (and 
you believe that you are paid up through 2006) let me know and I will look 
into it. But please wait till the end of the month!
