RE: [VAL] Axle dimensions

Thanks Roger-I've clearly benefited from all the thought you've put into
this. I didn't know there were two sizes of original axle tubes--I'll have
to measure mine and the cutouts as well. I have to replace both axles and I
know that the parking brake is not available with the 45 degree axle, so
I'll go with 22.5 degrees. I do want the brake option on one axle.
