[VAL] Hinges for Waterheater Access Cover

The little metal "sorta hinges" at the bottom of the
waterheater outside access door came undone and the
door got bent. I fixed the door but need to install a
more secure kind of hinge at the bottom. Any of y'all
had a similar problem?
