I removed the old red WBCCI numbers using heat.  This left some really 
hard baked on goo around the edges where the number once were.  Before 
I put my new numbers on, I'd like to get rid of this hard goo.  Haven't 
tried anything other than heat so far and am wondering if any of the 
previous suggestions will work once the goo has hardened.  I suspect 
these numbers have been on there since new.
