So far as I know, Good Sam, Camping World, and possibly other clubs all
contract with Affinity insurance for this service.

We have it, but have never used it.  But I know several people who have
used it and had good things to say about the response they got. 
Affinity is like AAA and every other roadside assistance company--it all
depends on their network of providers.  Especially the one that comes
out when _you_ call.
