I have a catalytic heater in my 29' Ambassador and LOVE it!
We do not let it burn for long or while sleeping. What we do is use it for 
when we or the kids come inside out of the cold and want/need to warm up 
quickly.
I've heard horror stories of people using it in a closed area, not good.
But for a quick warm up a catalytic heater is great.
