Cliff & Lucy - You might look at the Precision on-demand heaters. They
have a web site but are also very helpful on the phone. They are out of
Chicago. I've been very pleased with mine and it makes provisions for
cold weather also since a small amount of water is left in the heating
coils during normal use. Get the cold weather kit which isn't very
expensive.
